Nanny and Date Night Sitter

As a babysitter or part time to full time nanny, I provide dependable, nurturing care in a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged to grow. I engage children in age appropriate activities at home and in the community, support positive routines, prepare nutritious meals and snacks, and foster social, emotional, and creative development. With an Early Childhood Education background from George Brown College, I bring a strong understanding of child development, along with honesty, open communication, and teamwork. I am happy to provide references, and current CPR and First Aid certification for your peace of mind.

Parenting Coach

As your Parent Coach, I offer fresh perspectives and practical solutions for navigating family challenges. Through compassionate guidance and proven strategies, I help you understand and positively influence family dynamics, fostering healthier relationships and smoother interactions. Together, we'll develop tailored approaches to address specific behaviors, strengthen communication, and create a balanced, supportive home environment.

Postpartum Doula

As your postpartum doula, I offer a minimum of 10 hours of support per week, with the flexibility to increase hours as needed. You have the freedom to decide how to use this time each week, tailoring my support to fit your unique needs. Once we meet, we can discuss any questions and ensure we're a good fit for your family.

Here’s a glimpse of my services:

  • I provide education for you and your partner (if applicable) on comforting your baby when they’re crying, understanding their hunger cues, and recognizing when they're full. I’ll also teach baby-safe sleep practices, whether your baby sleeps in their crib or co-sleeps with you, ensuring a secure environment.

  • I’ll guide you through breastfeeding techniques, including different positions and achieving a proper latch, and introduce the benefits of babywearing to foster closeness and comfort.

  • I support your recovery process by caring for your baby so you can take breaks for a shower, rest, or a meal, free from worry.

  • My role includes emotional support: I’m here as a listening ear, to answer any questions about your baby or your own well-being, and to ensure you’re thriving both physically and emotionally.

  • I also help with light housekeeping and preparing nutritious meals that you can freeze for added convenience.

My goal is to support, educate, and empower you and your partner or support person on this journey. For additional tips and insights, visit my Doula Instagram, where I share practical advice for daily life with a newborn.

OverNight Doula

An Overnight Doula provides you the invaluable opportunity to focus on restorative sleep and self-care, helping your body heal faster and giving you the energy and mental clarity you need to care for your newborn during the day. While you rest, I’ll take care of your baby’s nighttime needs bottle feeding, burping, and changing every 2-3 hours or whenever your baby is hungry. If you’re breastfeeding, I’ll quietly bring your baby to you throughout the night whenever they need to nurse, allowing you to stay relaxed and rested.

Throughout the night, I ensure safe sleep practices and use Harvey Karp’s “Five S’s” soothing techniques to help your baby settle and sleep. My overnight support can be tailored to fit your schedule, typically from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, with a minimum of 8 hours per night.

Decluttering & Organizing

I help you clear clutter and set up organized spaces that feel calm, simple, and easy to live in.

Who can benefit:

Adults, children, and families

Why Decluttering Helps:

Too much Clutter can cause stress and frustration. It makes it harder to relax, focus, or enjoy your space.

For children, clutter can also affect how they play, behave, and feel. A clean, organized space helps everyone in the home feel calmer and more in control.

How it works:

We start with a complementary virtual call to talk about your space and your goals.

You can book short or longer sessions depending on your needs.

Longer sessions help get more done at once, saving you time and visits, but you can choose what works best for your needs.

Pricing:

$45/hour when you book 4 hours

$40/hour when you book 5 hours or more

The more time you book, the more you save, and the more we can get done in one visit.

I keep my Instagram private and accept connection requests only from people who reach out to me and are interested in exploring working together.
